Orders received by 1:00pm Pacific Time M-TH will be processed the same day for next day delivery. After 1:00pm Pacific Time, orders will be processed the following day. Orders placed Friday – Sun will be processed the following Monday.

We offer three shipping options:
UPS 2-Day shipping – available for SMOKED PRODUCTS ONLY. If you order both smoked and fresh fish, your products will be combined and you must choose overnight shipping.

UPS STANDARD Overnight Shipping – OVERNIGHT is mandatory for fresh products – Next-business-day delivery to most U.S. addresses by 8 p.m.

UPS PRIORITY Overnight Shipping – OVERNIGHT is mandatory for fresh products – Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas;

Fresh seafood will keep in your refrigerator for 2 – 3 days.

Smoked salmon will keep in your refrigerator for 4 weeks in its vacuum sealed packaging. Once opened eat within 5 days. Smoked salmon will keep frozen for 9 months. To thaw, move the smoked salmon to your refrigerator 24 hours before consumption.

We do not make any profit on shipping, UPS sets the rate for overnight and second day shipping. Shipping cost depends on location and product weight. Your shipping cost is calculated at the end of your online order. If ordering over the phone we will provide you with a shipping cost.

All of our shipments are packed with enough gel ice for 48 hours in our cooler box. If your shipment is delayed one day, your fish is still good. Please remember that once your shipment leaves our store it is in the hands of UPS to deliver. We’re happy to provide you with a tracking number call us at 206-467-0514.

Smoked salmon is packed frozen, and can last thawed and unrefrigerated for 48 hours. If your smoked salmon delivery is delayed multiple days it is still good. Call us for more specific questions at 206-467-0514.

Freezing is a great way to keep fish you don’t plan on using soon. Once it is frozen and thawed, you should not freeze it a second time.
